Three iron rug-making/knitting tools of differing lengths.
a - The shortest piece is 5.5" long and is a large needle with an eye; is slightly bent and flat at the point.
b - An 8" long tool with each end being prong-shaped.
c - The longest tool is 11.75" long and also has two pronged tips.
The tools are tied with a strip of plain off-white cotton cloth (perhaps the type used in making rugs). The pieces with pronged ends may actuallly have been pieces of a rug loom.
The tools are from the Armstead Leake collection.
